I developed a Shopify website and integrated it with Timely, the clinic’s appointment booking system. The site showcases About Face’s services and addresses common questions from prospective clients. Visitors can browse and filter Before & After galleries, search for products by body area or skin condition, purchase products and clinical services online (individually or as packages), and book appointments on the go. Additionally, I customised the order confirmation emails, enabling customers who purchase treatment packages to easily click through and book in their first appointment.
